"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding any recent interaction I had with Erlinda as my family has been loyal customers of State Farm for many years. I find myself in a position to make such a complaint. My concern was straightforward. I saw clarity on why my current insurance premium continue to rise. A reasonable question the financial implications unfortunately, the service provided by Erlinda as far from satisfactory. Her demeanor was unexpectedly rude, and dismissed from the outset of our conversation rather than being met with understanding and willingness to assist I was confronted with impatience and irritation when I simply asked for explanation regarding the consistent increase in my car insurance cost Erlinda response were burlesque and lack the professionalism I expected from State Farm, the attitude and behavior, exhibited by not only failed to resolve my initial concern, but often left me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a customer. This experience has significantly impacted my perception of State Farm Company, previously held in high regard, I understand that dealing with increasing concerts on a daily basis can be challenging. However, I believe it is reasonable to expect a certain standard of courtesy and professionalism from your representative. My aim is to bring this matter to your attention, is not only to seek an explanation from the continuous increase in my premium, but also to highlight an area where improvements is necessary to ensure that all customer received the respectful and helpful service they deserve, I trust that state Farm values customers and their feedback, and I hope to see measures to address this issue a clarification regarding my insurance and acknowledge it of the complaint would be appreciated"

"I think if going to be rude to clients who just have simple questions, agency work is not for you. Erlinda was very rude and dismissive and made me feel under valued as a customer. I do not appreciate being treated so nastily as I just had some questions about my policy and bill.. Why work if you don't wanna help. And I see I am not the only one who have had this experience😢😢 I am strongly considering other insurance, because I don't like being treated like an unimportant number in a list of dollar signs"
